BERKEBILE - Irene Z., 95, Windber, beloved mother, sister, sister-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend, passed away at the Tremont House, Houston, Texas, on June 14, 2007, with her daughter, Colleen, at her side. Irene was preceded in death by husband, Emory V. Berkebile; daughter, Zoe Ann Koehler; and six brothers. Irene will be missed by daughter, Colleen, and husband, Don DeTata, Houston, Texas; son-in-law, George Koehler, Windber; sister, Betty Zembower, Anaheim, Calif.; sisters-in-law, Virginia Geiser and Laverne Berkebile, both of Windber, and Lucille Geiser, Catonsville, Md.; grandchildren, Kim, and husband, Larry Dugan, Yorktown, Va.; Todd Koehler, and wife, Dr. Tamara Hoffman, Windber; Beth Koehler, Pittsburgh; and Lt. Col. David DeTata, and wife, Jaew, U.S. Army in South Korea; great-grandchildren, Kaitlin and Cassidy, Windber; and nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held July 21, 2007, at 10 a.m. at the Koehler farm, followed by a grave site service at Berkey Church Cemetery. There will be a fellowship and food for family and friends on the Koehler farm starting at 1 p.m. The family of Irene thank you in advance for your condolences.

Born Nov. 22, 1926, in Gallitzin, the daughter of the late John and Pauline (Pastew- ski) Jerosky. Preceded in death by her husband, Emilio, on Sept. 4, 2004; sisters, Helen Wash, Josephine Tosi and Catherine Stankwich; and brothers, Pete, Julius, Michael, Walter, Albert and Theophil. Survived by sons, John, Wascea, Minn., and Greg, Mineral Point; grandson, Greg Jr. of Indiana; daughter-in-law, Jeannie Patterson Berry of Gallitzin; and numerous nieces and nephews. Eleanor enjoyed her dogs, Molly and Buttons; playing bingo; and crocheting. Friends will be received from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Thursday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church St., Gallitzin, the Rev. Monsignor Bernard Przybocki officiating. Committal, St. Mary's Cemetery.

BLACKNER - Judith A., 65, Johnstown, passed away July 16, 2007, at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 31, 1942, in Johnstown, daughter of Joseph J. and Marie E. (Foust) Frankofsky. Preceded in death by parents and stepfather, William Blair. Survived by children, Judith "Penny" Blackner, and husband, John, Geistown; John Plaikner, Conemaugh Township, Somerset County; Karen Blackner, Johnstown; Paul Gregory Blackner, Ebensburg; and Nancy Blackner, Johnstown; grandchildren, Janelle Miller and Micheal and Bryan Blackner; and one great- grandchild, Dakota Miller. Sister of Dorothy, married to James Custer, Cairnbrook; Joseph J., Johnstown; Carol, married to Raymond Ickes, Mineral Point; Theresa Mandrgoc, Virginia; Patricia, married to Richard Velemirovich, Seward; also sister-in-law, Theresa Frankofsky, Johnstown; Paul E. Blackner, Conemaugh Township, Somerset County; and Robert E. Garman, Park Hill. Member of Carpenter Park Mennonite Church. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Henderson Funeral Home, East Hills, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Pastor Frank Young. Interment, Richland Cemetery.

KELLER - Dale A.

Born July 26, 1961, in Johnstown, son of Ed and Emma (Morgart) Keller. He went to heaven to be with his mother and a brother, Norbert. He leaves behind his father, Johnstown; his wife, former Roxanne Zabala; and children, Thomas Madigan, and fiancee, Amanda Parsons; Tabatha Madigan, and fiance, Tom Riegel; Nicole Keller, and fiance, Brian Johns; and Eden Keller, and fiance, Josh Ruiz, all of Johnstown. Also survived by four grandsons, Thomas, Jeremey, Jacob and Cody; three granddaughters, Ashlyn, Chariti and Tiffany; and two brothers and two sisters. Dale was an Army veteran and enjoyed fishing. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Henderson Funeral Home, East Hills. Fueral service will be private and at the convenience of the family. LAMBERT - Lynette (Myers)
LAMBERT - Lynette (Myers), 38, 456 Center St., Millersburg, passed away July 16, 2007, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born Nov. 24, 1968, in York, daughter of Paul M. Myers and the late Margaret (Williams) Myers. She was a member and past vice president and treasurer of Millersburg Midget Football and assistant coach of Millersburg Little League. She enjoyed gardening, painting and photography, and was past secretary for the Headstart program in Bedford. Surviving are her husband, Donald Lambert; two sons, Denver Mateer and Tyler Myers, both at home; her father and stepmother, Paul and Sue Myers of Wrightsville; a brother, Bryan Myers of Bethel; a sister, Holly Livinghouse of New Holland; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Donald and Bonnie Lambert of Ryot. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret. A viewing will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Hoover Funeral Home in Millersburg, where service will be held at 6, with the Rev. Ed Kessler officiating. A viewing also will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Faith Brethren Bible Church in New Paris, where service will be held at 2, with the Rev. James Espenshade officiating. Geisel Funeral Home is handling arrangements in New Paris. A 1985 graduate of Central Cambria High School. Received her bachelor's degree from IUP in 1990. Employed as an elementary school teacher in second grade for Penn Cambria School District. At Barbara's request, there will be no viewing or visitation. Family and friends are invited to a memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Name Catholic Church, Ebensburg, the Rev. Moore, and his wife, Judith, Phoenix, Ariz. Veteran of World War II. Member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 954 and Presbyterian Church of Punxsutawney, where he was a former elder and deacon. Partner in Everett Moore Coal Co. and mine inspector for the State of Pennsylvania. Retired as district superintendent of Ebensburg Office of DEP. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Deeley Funeral Home, 33 Hillcrest Drive, Punxsutawney, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, the Rev. Kent E. Holmes. Burial, Circle Hill Cemetery, Punxsutawney. Family suggests memorials be made to the Presbyterian Church of Punxsutawney or the charity of the donor's choice in Mr. Moore's memory.

CROYLE - Charlotte Irene, 68, Rapid City, S.D., went to be with the Lord on July 18, 2007. Born Jan. 12, 1939, in Mineral Point, daughter of John C. and Mary A. (Bazlazik) Fabo. She had memories of the costumes her mother made for her and sisters, Jenny Kozich, Mineral Point; Evelyn Belog, New Jersey; and Conchetta Fabo, Pittsburgh; and brothers, Jim Fabo, Mineral Point; Bobby Fabo, Mineral Point; and Charles Fabo, New Jersey. She married Clyde W. "Bill" Croyle on June 20, 1957. They had six children: Mary Therese (Bret) Shanklin, Custer, S.D.; Paula (Curtis) Hecker, Winfield, Kan.; Patty (Mike) Olson, Cheektowaga, N.Y.; Lea (Rick) Rupp, Sturgis, S.D.; Bill (Lea) Croyle, Berea, Ky.; and Carol Jacques, Rapid City, S.D.; also 22 grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, John and Mary, and brothers, Bobby and Charles. Visitation from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Kirk Funeral Home, Rapid City, and on Monday for one hour before service. Service at 11 a.m. Monday at Kirk Funeral Home's Chapel of Light, the Rev. Les Potts and the Rev. Dan Aughenbaugh officiating. Inurnment, Rockerville Cemetery.
