ODESSA — Marcellene Miller, 69, of Odessa, a receptionist, died Monday, April 14, 2003.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors Chapel with Lynn Money officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens cemetery. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
She was born in Midland. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Marc Miller and Phil Miller, both of Odessa; daughter, Debra Nix of Slidell, La.; and five grandchildren.

Geraldine Minica
ANDREWS — Geraldine “Jerry” Minica, 82, of Andrews, a homemaker, died Sunday, April 13, 2003, at Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Melton officiating. Burial will be in Andrews West cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
She was born in Atlanta, Texas, and moved to Andrews in 1955. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: Husband, R.Z. Minica of Andrews; sons, Wayne Harper of Denver City and Larry Harper of Andrews; daughters, Linda Porter and Diantha Hays, both of Andrews; step-daughter, Shirly Agan of Brownwood; stepson, Glen Minica of Brownwood; brothers, Jim Clayton and Bobby Clayton, both of Atlanta, Texas; sisters, Billie Griffen of Douglasville, Carrie Griffen of Odessa, Joyce Evans of Atlanta and Francis Hubbard of Crowley; 20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

ODESSA — Neilda Lou Blakely Osburn, 69, of Austin, a former employee of National Bank of Odessa, died Friday, April 11, 2003.
No services have been scheduled. Arrangements by Forever All Faiths Funeral Service-South and Sunset Memorial Gardens.
She was born in Mountainair, N.M. a long career in banking.
SURVIVORS: Two grandchildren.

CLAREMORE, Okla. — Robert Thomas, 73, of Claremore, Okla., a former motor electrician for Duke Electric in Odessa, died Friday, April 11, 2003, at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. at Westlawn cemetery in Henryetta. Arrangements by Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Funeral Service in Claremore, Okla.
He was born in Seminole, Okla.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Theata Thomas of Claremore, Okla.; sons, George Thomas of Inola and Bennie Thomas of Coweta; daughters, Sandra Carter of Tulsa, Okla., Terrie Clark of Wagoner, Okla., and Carolyn Sutorus of Tulsa, Okla.; brothers, Emmett Thomas of Amarillo and Kenneth Thomas of Tulsa, Okla.; sister, Evelyn Adams of Coleman; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

CORSICANA — Fern Waltman, 89, of Lake Charles, La., died Friday, April 11, 2003, at a nursing facility in Lake Charles.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today at Resthaven Memorial cemetery with the Rev. M. Shawn Corzine officiating. Arrangements by Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles, La.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Shirley Shelton of Lake Charles; son, Pat Waltman of Houston; brothers, Lewis Zumwalt of Tulsa, Okla., and Bennie Zumwalt of Deer Park; sister, Ethel Corzine of Odessa; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

BIG SPRING — Irene Pena, 91, of Big Spring, died April 18, 2003.
Prayer services will be 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Myers and Smith Funeral Chapel. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at the chapel with the Rev. Ruben Pena officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Olive cemetery. Arrangements by Myers and Smith Funeral Home and Chapel.
She was born in Uvalde and lived in Crystal City, Gilroy, Calif., and Big Spring. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Brothers, Santos Pena of Colwell, Idaho and Ruben Pena of Kerrville; sister, Maria Rangel of Big Spring.

He was born in Fort Stockton. He was a longtime resident of Odessa. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II.
