RANGER - David L. Williams, 72, of Ranger, a drilling consultant, died Friday, Dec. 26, 2003, in Ranger.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Charles Masagee, Sy Underwood and Jerry Speer officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen cemetery. Arrangements by Edwards Funeral Home.
He was born in Ranger. He was a Christian. He served in the U.S. Army.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Bettye L. Williams of Ranger; daughter, Jolene Williams of Ranger; brothers, Bobby Gene Williams of Arlington and Kenneth Lee Williams of Ranger; sisters, Geneva Lois Garbo and Ruth Williams, both of Arlington; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Richard Bagley
ODESSA - Richard Frank Bagley, 79, of Odessa, died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003, at the V.A. Big Spring Hospital.
Services are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Gumercinda Garcia
MARFA — Gumercinda Valenzuela Garcia, 97, of Las Pampas, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2003, at her residence.
Rosary was said Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Marfa. Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Redford. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Olivia Galvan of Presidio, Luz Hinojos and Olympia Garcia, both of California, Lola Rayos of Artesia, N.M., Dora Aguilar of Odessa and Viola Garcia of El Paso; sons, Humberto Garcia, Efrin Garcia, Jorge Garcia and Jose Manuel Garcia, all of Presidio, Hector Garcia of Odessa and Catemo Garcia of Artesia, N.M.; sister, Ireni Lujan of Pecos; approximately 100 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.

Jack Hagar
MONAHANS — Jack Richard Hagar, 72, of Monahans, a production supervisor, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2003, at Monahans Managed Care Center.
Services have been scheduled for a later date. Arrangements are by Family Funeral Services/Jackie Harkey.
He was born in Raymond, Kan.
SURVIVORS: Sister, Gwen Rasmussen of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Jessie Hawkins
SEMINOLE — Jessie Laman Hawkins, 88, of Seminole, a homemaker, died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2003, at Memorial Health Care Center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Hargrove officiating. Burial will be at the Gaines County cemetery South. Arrangements are by Boyer Funeral Home.
She was born in Hico. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Clyde Hawkins, Johnny Hawkins and Joe Hawkins, all of Seminole; daughter, Susie Wickson of Graham; eight grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Roy Parrish
ANDREWS — Roy Don Parrish, 55, of Odessa, a driller, died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2003, in Odessa.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Andrews Old cemetery with Minister Mark Wilson officiating. Arrangements are by McNett Funeral Home.
He was born in Corsicana.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Donetta Tarpley of Midland; brothers, Gary Parrish and Tommy Parrish, both of Midland; sister, Imogene Hughen of Dallas; and two grandchildren.

ODESSA — Gloria Marquez Urias, 44, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2003, at her residence.
Services will be at a later date in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. Arrangements are by Odessa Funeral Home.
She was born in Baranco De Guadalupe Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Manuel Urias of Ojinaga; sons, Raul Urias and Manuel M. Urias, both of Odessa, and Jose Luis M. Urias of Ojinaga; daughters, Analilia M. Urias and Julisa M. Urias, both of Ojinaga; parents, Dario and Julia Marquez of Baranco, Mexico; brothers, Sylvestre Marquez and Manuel Marquez, both of Baranco, Mexico; sisters, Ramona M. Carrasco, Virginia M. Pena and Eva Marquez, all of Oijnaga, Delfina Marquez and Simona Marquez, both of Lovington, N.M., and Consuelo M. Rivera of Chihuahua, Mexico; and three grandchildren.

ODESSA — Stanford “Ed” Blanton Sr., 77, of Odessa, a retired machinist and welder, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Kincaid officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Coleman County. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Mabel Blanton of Odessa; son, S.E. Blanton Jr., of Odessa; daughter, Margaret Ruff of Aledo; sister, Thelma Sides of Coleman; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

SARAGOSA — Joe Gallego Jr., 78, of Saragosa, died Friday, Jan. 2, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Rosary will be said Sunday and Monday at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Saragosa. Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Saragosa with the Rev. Gustavo Lopez officiating. Burial will follow at Saragosa cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Alpine. He was Catholic.

ODESSA — Robert Lee Lewallen, 94, of San Angelo, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004 in San Angelo.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial in Midland. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Voca.

ODESSA — Jesse Lee Mayes, 85, of Odessa, a mechanic, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004 at his home.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Sam Presley officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Louder, Ill. He was Pentecostal. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
SURVIVORS: Son, Kenneth Mayes of Odessa; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

MIDLAND — Craig D. Munson, 80, of Midland, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003 at his home.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Trinity with the Rev. Mark Cannady officiating. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
He was born in Wallingford, Conn. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Marie O. Bennett of Midland; son, Craig D. Munson III of Carlsbad, Calif.; daughters, Reverend Mary Louise Schmalz of Mill Valley, Calif. and Joanne Munson of Boulder Creek, Calif.; stepsons, Dr. William Bennett of Austin, Robert Bennett of Lewisville and Mark Bennett of Odessa; sisters, Marjory Weldon of Cheshire, Conn. and Louise Dunn of Oberlin, Ohio; and 11 grandchildren.
