Alpine - Adela Herrera Flores, 60, of Alpine, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005, in Alpine.
Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Alpine. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Alpine with the Rev. Mike Alcuino officiating. Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home of Fort Stockton.
She was born in Alpine.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Cayetano Flores of Alpine; sons, Manuel Morales of Van Horn and Orlando Morales of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughter, Cynthia Ingram of Alpine; brother, Rafael Herrera of Alpine; and eight grandchildren.

Mary Jane Schoggins
Odessa - Mary Jane Schoggins, 58, of Odessa, died Sunday, Sept. 11, 2005, at Hermann Memorial Hospital in Houston.
Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Iola.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Jimmy Rardin and Sammy Rardin, both of Odessa, and Richard Schoggins of Corpus Christi; and daughters, Cathy Heacock, Lori Kinkle and Judy Kimbrell, all of Odessa, and Kerri Schoggins of Galveston.

R.D. Meeks
Tishomingo, Okla. - R.D. Meeks, 92, of Tishomingo, Okla., a rental property owner, died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2005, at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Tishomingo.
Services were Thursday at Clark Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Glenn Clark officiating. Burial was at Condon Grove cemetery in Tishomingo.
He was born in Mead, Okla.
SURVIVORS: Son, Wallace Meeks of Midland; daughter, Norma Clark of Odessa; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Elsie Winnifred Hadley Travis
Odessa - Elsie Winnifred Hadley Travis, 89, died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2005, at Sienna Care Center in Odessa.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Lynn Money officiating. Burial will be at 3 p.m. today at Tatum cemetery in Tatum, N.M. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Wellston, Okla.

ODESSA - Lisa Marie Whitehurst, 46, of Odessa, a nurse’s aide, died Friday, Sept. 23, 2005, at her residence.
Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. today at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Littlefield.
SURVIVORS: Husband, James Whitehurst of Odessa; son, George Clifford Isbell of Vancouver, Wash.; daughter, Brandy Doelling Isbell of Odessa; mother, Rose Butler of Lubbock; brother, Marvin Butler of New Braunfels; sister, Tammy Abernathy of Lubbock; and five grandchildren.

James Keys ‘Jake’ Biles Sr.
Elk City, Okla. - James Keys “Jake” Biles Sr., 72, of Elk City, Okla., died Monday, Sept. 26, 2005, in Burns Flat, Okla.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Elk City with the Rev. Michael Larson officiating. Burial will be at Fairlawn cemetery in Elk City. Arrangements are by Martin Funeral Home of Elk City.

He was born in Mooreville, Miss., and was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
