PECOS -- Jesus Duhon, 61, a homemaker, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 1998, at Memorial Hospital and Medical Center in Midland.

Graveside services were held Monday at Mount Evergreen cemetery in Pecos with the Rev. Roberto Alvardo officiating. Arrangements were by Pecos Funeral Home.

She was born in Pecos and was a resident of Galveston. She was Catholic.

SURVIVORS: Son, Michael Gonzales of Texas City; daughter, Rosa Gonzales of Texas City; brothers, Carlos Gonzales of Pecos, Jose Gonzales and Cipriano Gonzales, both of Odessa; sisters, Nargcia Renteria, Andrea Bruson and Pauline Jacoby, all of Odessa, Antonia Gonzales of Midland, Jacinta Wallas of Crosby and Adela Gonzales of Mobile, Ala.; and two grandchildren.

Ruben Holmes

SEMINOLE -- Ruben L. "Jim" Holmes, 74, a retired Mobile Pipeline Company employee, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 1998, in Seminole.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Seminole with the Rev. Ernest Walls and Troy Denton officiating. Burial will be at the Gaines County cemetery. Arrangements by Roger Pool Funeral Home.

He was born in DeLeon and had been a resident of Seminole since 1947. He was a Marine Corps. veteran of World War II and Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Nora Jewell Holmes of Seminole; daughters, Jana Hensley of Odessa, Judy Allen and Jeri Holmes, both of Seminole; sisters, Helen Cox of DeLeon and Dorothy McGlasson of Clifton; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Raynelle Reimann

LUBBOCK -- Raynelle M. Reimann, 55, an office manager with Maner and Maner Attorney at Law, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 1998, at St. Mary's Plaza in Lubbock.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hope Lutheran Church with the Rev. Jack Schneider officiating. Arrangements by Sanders Funeral Home.

She was born in Hobbs, N.M., and was a resident of Lubbock. She was Lutheran.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Ron Reimann of Lubbock; son, Richard Reimann of Plainview; brothers, Jimmy Marshall of Jackson, Miss., and Merle Marshall of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; sister, Virginia Burrow of Kingsland; and two grandchildren.

Rosa Salazar

PECOS -- Rosa Salazar, 35, of Texas City, a cook for Pecos School District, died Friday, Jan. 30, 1998, at UTMB Hospital in Galveston.

Graveside services were held at Feb. 2, 1998, at Mount Evergreen cemetery with the Rev. Roberto Alvardo officiating. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.

She was born in Pecos and had lived in Texas City for 30 years. She was Catholic.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Alberto Salazar and Baldomero Salazar, both of Texas City; mother, Jesus Gonzales of Texas City; and brother, Michael Gonzales of Texas City.

Nora Watson

MIDLAND -- Nora Watson, 82, of Midland, a clerk, died Monday, Feb. 2, 1998, at a local hospital.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Ellis Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating. Burial will be at Fairview cemetery. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.

She was born in Red River County and moved to Midland in 1956. She was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Brother, Elmer Henry of Odessa.

Johnny White

ODESSA -- Johnny Abila White, 34, of Odessa, died Friday, Jan. 30, 1998.

Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Deacon Barney Rodriguez officiating. Rosary will be said Tuesday at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel.

He was born in Odessa.

SURVIVORS: Son, Adrian R. White of Odessa; parents, Fred and Simona White of Odessa; brothers, Guadalupe Contreras of Andrews, Santos White and Jimmy White, both of Odessa,; and sisters, Connie Jarquin, Irene Gonzales, Sandra Smith and Jessica Ellis, all of Odessa.

ODESSA -- Willie Hammond, 84, of Odessa, died Monday, Feb. 2, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

MADISON, Ga. -- Joseph Walter Hendrix Sr., 70, of Commerce, Ga., a gas logger for Hydrocarbon Detection Service, died Sunday, Feb. 1, 1998 at B.J.C. Hospital.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Madison United Methodist Church with the Revs. Jim Ross and Tom Kerr officiating. Burial will be at Madison City cemetery. Arrangements by Simmons Funeral Home.

He was born in Jackson County, Ga.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Retha Nell Hendrix of Tulsa, Okla.; mother, Mamie Hemperley of Commerce, Ga.; sons, Joseph Walter Hendrix Jr. of Oklahoma City, Gary Hendrix of Odessa, Barre Hendrix of Oklahoma City; daughters, Melinda Murphy and Leigh Holt, both of Tulsa, Okla.; brothers, Arthur Hendrix of Commerce, Ga., Paul Hendrix of Columbia, S.C., Jimmy Hendrix of Madison, Ga.; and 10 grandchildren.

KERMIT -- Nando Juarez, 2, of Kermit died Monday, Feb. 2, 1998, at Winkler County Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Dann Long officiating. Burial will be in Kermit cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Home.

He was born in Andrews and had lived in Kermit since his birth. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

SURVIVORS: Parents, Cruz and Brenda Juarez of Kermit; grandparents, Guadalupe Hernandez of Kermit, Graciela Saenz of Wink; great-grandparents, Salvador Saenz of Mexico; and Angela Dominguez of Kermit.

ODESSA -- Kenneth Lee Martin, 76, of Odessa, retired from El Paso Natural Gas Company, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Sixth and Jackson Church of Christ with Roy Smalling and Don Turskey officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

He was born in Haskell County, Okla. and was an Army veteran of World War II.

He was born in Marion, Ill., and was an Army veteran.
