ODESSA James Greenwade, 85, of Odessa, a retired employee of FMC Inc., died Monday, July 26, 1999, at Avalon Nursing Home.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rose of Sharon Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. J.W. Hanson officiating. Burial will be at Rosehill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Waco and had lived in Odessa for 47 years. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Annie Greenwade of Odessa; sons, Ronald Greenwade of Odessa and Gary Greenwade and William Greenwade, both of Denver, Colo.; daughter, Linda Greenwade of Odessa; and sister, Dorothy Hopkins of Denver, Colo.
Hubert Bevers
LOVINGTON, N.M. Hubert Hendricks "H.H." Bevers, 87, of Lovington, N.M., a retired plant operator, died Tuesday, July 27, 1999, in Odessa.
Services will be at 5 p.m. Friday at Smith-Rogers Funeral Home with the Rev. Homer Kyle officiating. Burial will be at Lovington cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Rogers Funeral Home.
He was born in Ladonia. He was Baptist.
SUVIVORS: Sons, Jerry Bevers of Lovington, N.M., Ted Bevers of Odessa and Jim Bevers of DeQueen, Ark.; daughter, Patricia Homer of Ridgecrest, Calif.; brother, Ray Bevers of Lubbock; sisters, Lillian Willis of Brownfield, Bernice Hale of Abilene and Mary Lee Barnard of Bakersfield, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Donald Cole
ODESSA Donald Webster Cole, 77, of Odessa, an engineer, died Sunday, July 25, 1999, at Deerings Nursing Home.
Memorial services will be at 8 p.m. Saturday at St. Marys Catholic Church with the Rev. Francis Frey officiating. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Heathton, Okla. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Mary E. Foster of Fort Worth; sisters, Ethel Bell of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Anna Lee Harris of Corpus Christi; and one grandchild.

TALEQUAH, Okla. Barry Vance Gibson, 48, of Tahlequah, Okla., died Saturday, July 24, 1999, in Tahlequah.

SAYER, Okla. A.J. Reeves, 91, of Midland, a farmer and truck driver, died Thursday, July 29, 1999, at his residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rose Chapel Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Gayle Reeves and Roger Klopfenstein officiating. Burial will be at Berlin cemetery in Berlin, Okla. Arrangements by Pipkin Funeral Home.
He was born in Altus, Okla., and had lived in Midland since 1995.
SURVIVORS: Son, the Rev. Gayle Reeves of Midland; daughters, Mayrene Carey of Sayer, Okla., and Vonell Black of Odessa; sister, Agnes Fair of Enid, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
Clyde Robey
SALINA, Kan. Clyde A. Robey, 75, of Salina, Kan., a retired employee of Southwestern Bell, died Tuesday, July 27, 1999, at his residence.
Burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Geisendorf-Rush Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Debbie Elwick officiating. Arrangements by Geisendorf-Rush Smith Funeral Home.
He was born in Hunter, Kan., and was a lifelong resident of Salina, Kan.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Betty Robey of Salina, Kan.; daughter, Terry Mead of Salina, Kan.; sisters, Dorothy Skinner, Phyllis King and Glenda Warner, all of Odessa; two grandchildren; one great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and six stepgreat-grandchildren.

ODESSA India June Tripp, 76, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Wednesday, July 28, 1999, at her residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Martinez Funeral Home with the Rev. Frances Frey officiating. Burial will be at Ector County cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
She was born in Fort Worth. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Barbara June Roskopf of Denver and Judy McKenzie of Fallon, Nev.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
William Wheeler Jr.
MONAHANS William T. Wheeler Jr., 83, of Wickett, a retired employee of Gulf Oil, died Wednesday, July 28, 1999, at Ward Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Harkey Funeral Home Chapel with John Driggers, Max Driggers and Sidney Driggers officiating. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.
He was born in Waco and had lived in Wickett since 1945. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Gene Wheeler of Wickett; daughter, Gene Agnew of Odessa; brother, Ken Wheeler of Fort Worth; sisters, Marian Lippel of Teague and Jeanette Worry of Buena Park, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

She was born in Odessa and moved to Fort Stockton from Andrews in 1957. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Mary Kay Hayman of College Station; brothers, Dick Whittenburg of Odessa and George Whittenburg of Deming, N.M.; sister, Louise Powell of Fort Stockton; and two grandchildren.
