Baby Boy Felts
BARSTOW — Baby Boy Felts, infant son of Kenneth and Sonya Felts of Barstow, died Friday, Feb. 11, 2000, at Odessa Regional Hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Barstow cemetery with the Rev. Greer Willis officiating. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.
He was born in Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Kenneth and Sonya Felts; grandparents, Elizabeth Seltz and Sandra Fred, both of Barstow, and Glen Burkhalter of Seattle, Wash.; brothers, Skyler McCoy and Kenneth Felts III, both of Barstow, and Tyler Felts of Pecos; sisters, Lealie Tolett, Stormy McCoy and Lorin McCoy, all of Barstow.
Darrell Hickman
ODESSA — Darrell A. Hickman, 72, of Odessa died Monday, Feb. 14, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church with the Revs. Philip McLarty and Ray Hickman officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Baker, Ore. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean conflict.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Sue Hickman of Odessa; sons, Mike A. Hickman of Odessa, Ray A. Hickman of Tulsa, Okla., and Don D. Hickman of Williston, N.D.; brother, Roy Hickman of Norman, Okla.; sisters, Delores Richmond of Odessa and Frances Highsmith of Las Cruces, N.M.; and eight grandchildren.
Frances LaBlancis Jr.
ODESSA — Frances LaBlancis Jr., 47, of Odessa died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2000, in Odessa.
Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. today at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Sister, Renee Fillmore of Midland; brothers, Richard Black of Midland, Paul Black of Little Rock, Ark., and Jeremy LaBlancis of Beaumont.
Willis Minnick
LAKE BROWNWOOD — Willis Minnick, 62, of Lake Brownwood, a retired construction engineer, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2000, at a Brownwood hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the American Legion Hall. Arrangements by Heartland Funeral Home.
He was born in Sonora. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Peggy Minnick of Lake Brownwood; sons, Danny Rhyne of Eastland and Dean Minnick of Strawn; daughters, Kathy Rhyne of Abilene and Laverne Cox of Eastland; sister, Florrie Adams of San Angelo; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Medie Nichols
MIDLAND — Medie Marie Lundy Nichols, 87, of Powder Springs, Ga., a homemaker, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2000, at Tranquility Hospice Center in Austell, Ga.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Aldridge officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
She was born in Miller County, Ark. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Son, J. Waylon Nichols of Odessa; daughter, Norma LaNell Daniel of Powder Springs, Ga.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

SIERRA BLANCA — Alberto Navarrette Ramirez, 68, of Sierra Blanca, a retired custodian, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday (MST) at Our Lady of Miracles Church. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. (MST) today at Our Lady of Miracles Church. Burial will follow at Sierra Blanca cemetery. Arrangements by Van Horn Funeral Home.
He was born in Sierra Blanca and was a lifelong resident. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Christina Rodriguez of Fort Stockton and Lorena Ibanez of Odessa; brother, Epolito Ramirez of Sierra Blanca; sister, Christina Ramirez of Sierra Blanca; and four grandchildren.
Nadine Tittle
ABILENE — Nadine Tippett Tittle, 87, of Abilene died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2000, at her residence.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Masonic cemetery with the Rev. Tom Thomson officiating. Burial will be at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home.
She was born in Del Rio. She was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Son, Billy Rufus Tittle of Abilene; daughters, Peggy Lou Nelson of Fort Stockton and Jayne Lee Cockrell of Hunt; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

TYLER — Mary Beth Ware, 74, of Tyler, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2000, in Tyler.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Burks Walker Tippit Chapel with the Rev. Lou Gary Thomas officiating. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Terry County cemetery in Brownfield. Arrangements by Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home.
She was born in Chicota and had lived in Tyler for 10 years. She was Methodist.
