ODESSA - James Ashley Richardson, 70, a retired custodian for ECISD, of Odessa died Sunday, Dec. 21, 1997, at Odessa Regional Hospital.

Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. No services are scheduled.

He was born in Ukiah, Ca. and moved to Odessa from Graford in 1990.

Donald Bingham

ODESSA - Donald Elmer Bingham, 68, a retired truck driver, of Odessa died Saturday, Dec. 20, 1997, at his residence.

No services are scheduled. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

He was born in Lansing, Mich. He moved to Odessa in 1997. He was a member of the Assembly of God.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Triona M. Bingham of Odessa; sons, James E. Canada of Odessa, Don R. Bingham of Corpus Christi and Dennis L. Bingham; seven grandchildren.

Kenneth McDonald

ODESSA - Kenneth McDonald, 63, of Odessa died Saturday, Dec. 20, 1997, at Medical Center Hospital.

Arrangements are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Minnie Weilmuenster

ODESSA - Minnie Lucille Weilmuenster, 85, of Austin died Sunday, Dec. 21, 1997.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at St. David's Episcopal Church in Austin. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Garden in Odessa. Arrangements by Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home in Austin.

Maria Alvarado

ODESSA - Maria Luz Alvarado, 79, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at her residence.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Deacon Jesus Mercado officiating. Rosary was said Tuesday at Martinez Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.

She was born in Vado De Piedra, Chihuahua, Mexico, and lived in Odessa since 1965. She was Catholic.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Roman Alvarado of Snyder, Manuel Alvarado and Uvaldo Alvarado, both of Odessa; daughters, Libbrada Navarette, Elva Bermea, Armida Bermea, Eva Paz, Natividad Calbillo and Irma Guerrero, all of Odessa; brothers, Manuel Marquez and Ramon Marquez, both of Odessa; 37 grandchildren and 59 great-grandchildren.

Bea Guillet

ANDREWS - Bea Guillet, 89, of Andrews, former owner and operator of Bea's Dress Shop, died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at Permian General Hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at First Baptist Church with Dr. H.A. Hanks officiating. Burial will be at Andrews Old cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

She was born in Mineola and moved to Andrews in 1953 from Kermit. She was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Daughters, Mary Satterwhite of Andrews and Frances Pendleton of Austin; brother, Paul Craver of Paris; sister, Lou Ragsdale of Paris; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Elsie Morton

ODESSA - Elsie Louise Morton, 95, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 1997, at Seabury Nursing Center.

Graveside services were Dec. 19, 1997, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Revs. Paul Thompson and Dean Williamson officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

She was born in Cooks Point and moved to Odessa in 1946 from Caldwell. She was Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Daughter, Doris Roberts of Odessa; brother, Walter Odstrcil of Porter; sister, Albina Haisler of Temple; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

C.T. Porter

IRAAN - C.T. Porter, 82, of Iraan, a retired mechanic, died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at Memorial Hospital in Midland.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Church of Christ in Iraan. Burial will be at Restland cemetery. Arrangements by Richard W. Box Funeral Homes.

He was born in Wellington and lived in Iraan for 44 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Melba Porter of Iraan; daughters, Paula Miller and Pat Pope, both of Iraan; sister, Verna McPhearson of Fort Worth; brothers, Buster Porter of Wills Point and Mitchell Porter of Hurst; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Charlie Burkett

ANDREWS - Charlie Andrews, 78, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 1997, after an automobile accident.

Services are pending under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

James Stroud

ODESSA - James Stroud, 80, of Odessa died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 1997, at Veterans Medical Center in Big Spring.

Funeral arrangements are pending under the direction of Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Coleman Sumuel

ODESSA - Coleman Sumuel, 85, of Odessa died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 1997, at New Horizon Nursing Home.

Services are pending under the direction of Martinez Funeral Home.

Charlie Burkett

ANDREWS - Charlie W. Burkett, 79, former Andrews County clerk, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 1997, at Permian General Hospital.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Means Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Terry officiating. Burial will be at Andrews Old cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

He was born in Farmersville and lived in Andrews for 72 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Pat Burkett of Andrews; daughter, Lana Levins of Andrews; stepson, Charles Wood of Sweetwater; stepdaughter, Sharon Wilson of Fairfield; sisters, Sue Braswell and Betty Luck, both of Andrews, Jean Humprheys of Midland; two grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.

Pearl Deason

ANDREWS - Pearl L. Deason, 83, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 1997, at Andrews Healthcare Center.

Services will be held at will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at McNett Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Gunter officiating. Burial will be at Andrews North cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

She was born in Tipton, Okla., and moved to Andrews in 1970 from Odessa. She was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Milo Deason of Andrews; daughters, Barbara Ainsworth of Hobbs, N.M. and Louise Weatherford of Graham; stepdaughter, Jean McLaughlin of Arlington; stepson, Danny Deason of Greenville, N.M.; sister, Jewel Schlumberger of Oklahoma City; brother, Gene Snyder of Cyril, Okla.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
