Theodore Mathias
FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Theodore "Ted" Mathias, 24, of Fort Wayne, Ind., formerly of Creston, died Sept. 28, 2002.
Memorial services will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at East Allen County Church of Christ.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, Ind.
Memorial contributions may be made to Allen County Cancer Services.
He was born Oct. 24, 1977, in Cleveland, to Thomas and Katherine Mathias Sr.
Surviving are his father of Mesopotamia; his mother, Katherine Helfrich and a sister, Heather Mathias, both of Denton, Texas; a brother, Thomas Mathias Jr. of Fort Wayne, Ind.; maternal grandmother, Hilda Behn of Rockford, Ill.; and paternal grandparents, Gomer and Margaret Mathias of Punta Gorda, Fla.

Harold Nee
TAVARES, Fla. -- Harold J. Nee, 78, of Tavares, Fla., formerly of Doylestown, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, in Leesburg, Fla.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Hilliard & Mullaney Funeral Home in Wadsworth, with Pastor Wesley Ball officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was born in Wadsworth.
Surviving are children, Rebecca (Charles) Padgett of Leesburg, Fla., Ralph (Susan) Nee of Sterling, Richard (Debbie) Nee and Robert (Cindy) Nee, both of Rittman; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Paul Nee of Phoenix, Ariz.
His wife, Pauline Nee, died previously.

Jeanette Wise
MILLERSBURG -- Jeanette Wise, 67, of Millersburg, died Sunday morning, Sept. 29, 2002, at her home after an extended illness.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, with the Revs. Richard Mathews and Dan Kirtlan officiating. Burial will be at Nashville Cemetery.
Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family suggests contributions be made to Nashville Church of Christ Building Fund or to Hospice of Holmes County, 931 Wooster Road, Millersburg 44654.
She was born Nov. 21, 1934, in Welcome, to Wilmer and Ruth Patterson and married Jim Wise on July 24, 1953. He survives.
Other survivors include children, Kenneth (Karen) Wise of Ashland, Linette Wise of Wadsworth, Debra (Dave) Ridenbaugh of Nashville and Karen (Doug) Wagner of Carrollton; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Clara McGraner
RITTMAN -- Clara M. McGraner, 54, 308 Nautilus, died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002, at the home of her sister in Barberton.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Her body will be cremated.
Arrangements are being handled by Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman.
She was born Jan. 24, 1948, at Vulcan, W.Va., to Mack and Ethel May Estep.
Surviving are a son, William Griffey of Rittman; a brother, Richard Estep of North Carolina; and sisters, Deborah Compton and Marvetta Stephens, both of Barberton.

Fannie Yutzy
MILLERSBURG -- Fannie Yutzy, 59, 6131 County Road 407, died Sunday morning, Sept. 29, 2002, at Sunset Nursing Home, Millersburg, after an extended illness.
Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Pleasant View Church, with Joe Hochstetler and Myron Troyer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the church, or one hour prior to the services.
Arrangements are being handled by Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg.
She was born March 30, 1943, in Millersburg, to Ivan and Anna (Yoder) Troyer and married Irvin Yutzy. He died July 22, 2002.
Surviving are children, Juanita (James) Schlabach of Noxon, Mont., Kenneth (Amy) Yutzy and Keith (Jonnalee) Yutzy, both of Millersburg; grandchildren, Jolene, Julie, Jeremy, Derreck, Ashley, Steven, Logan, Dakota, Gage, Savannah and Hunter; brothers, Paul (Barb) Troyer of Wooster and Ferman (Edna) Troyer of Millersburg; and a sister, Dora Miller of Millersburg.

Howard Snyder
ORRVILLE -- Howard Carroll Snyder, 80, 1981 Meadow Lane, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, at Dunlap Memorial Hospital in Orrville, after an apparent heart attack.
Services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Auble Funeral Home in Orrville, with the Rev. Dennis Rinehart officiating. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville, where military rites will be held.
Friends may call two hours prior to the services.
Memorial contributions may be made to Howard Snyder or Helen House in care of Hospice of Wayne County, 2525-A Back Orrville Road, Wooster 44691.
He was born Sept. 15, 1922, in Akron to Albert Lee and Beulah (Kiefer) Snyder and married Esther Neiheiser on July 15, 1951, in Akron. She died July 30, 1964. On Dec. 23, 1977, he married Carlene House in Parkersburg, W.Va. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Gary (Georgette) Snyder of Allen, Texas, Laurie Snyder of Nashville, Tenn., and Julie (Rick) Fire of Columbus; grandchildren, Jennifer and Nicholas Fire of Columbus and Deborah and John Snyder of Allen, Texas; a brother, Thomas (Mary) Snyder of Cauldwell; sisters, Faye (Edward) Serdinak of Uniontown, Dorothy (Bob) Grenus and Alice (Bob) Rick of Mogadore, Ruth (Delmer) Leidy of Tallmadge, Mary (Dave) Steele of Circleville and Joyce (Irv) Finkel of Akron; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Margaret Stoneburner
CHATHAM -- Margaret Catherine Stoneburner, 83, formerly of Snyder Drive, died Thursday afternoon, Sept. 26, in The Village at Westerville Nursing Center, after a brief illness.
Services will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home in Loudonville, with the Rev. Terry E. Ruther officiating. Burial will be at Loudonville Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Westerville Public Library, Big Print Collection.
She was born March 9, 1919, in Upper Sandusky to Frederick and Hazel (Vent) Karg and married Donald Stoneburner. He died in 1993.
Surviving are a daughter, Elaine (John) Boyer of Westerville; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Harold Karg of Texas; and sisters, Hazel Linder of Bellevue, Ruth Gerstenberger of Fremont and Nancy LeJeune of California.

Kenneth E. Ramsier Sr.
LOUDONVILLE -- Kenneth E. Ramsier Sr., 75, formerly of Chatham and Grafton, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, at Briarfield of Milan in Milan.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Parker & Son Funeral Home in Lodi. Burial will be at Chatham Cemetery.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services.
He was born March 28, 1927, in Congress Township, Wayne County to William and Mattie (Ross) Ramsier.
Surviving are children, Sandra (Robert) Sumpter and Brenda (Robert) Greenberg, both of Elyria and Kenneth (Laureen) Ramsier Jr. of Amherst; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Goldie (Earl) Mattox of Chatham and Grace Fingulin of Ruggles; and a brother, Junior Ramsier of Reedsburg.

James Mullins
RITTMAN-- James R. Mullins, 63, of Rittman, died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, at his residence.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Grace Brethren Church, 44 S. First St., Rittman, with the Rev. Bud Olszewski officiating. Burial will be at Rittman Cemetery, where military rites will be held.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the church.
Arrangements are being handled by Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.
Memorial contributions may be made to Life Banc, Attention Donations, 20600 Chagrin Blvd., Cleveland 44122-5343.
He was born May 3, 1939, in Rittman to Virgil and Elizabeth (Dean) Mullins and married Lois Perry on Aug. 5, 1961. She survives.
Other survivors include children, Luanne (Peet) McCain of Avon and Joan (Christopher) Barren of Rittman; grandchildren, Jamee Barren, Patrick, Kathryn, Kyle and Erin McGorry; a sister, Carol Dessenberg of Rittman; a brother, Richard (Karen) Mullins of Creston; and in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Margaret Stoneburner
LOUDONVILLE -- Margaret Catherine Stoneburner, 83, formerly of Snyder Drive, died Thursday afternoon, Sept. 26, in The Village at Westerville Nursing Center, after a brief illness.

Larry Clevidence
LOUDONVILLE -- Larry D. Clevidence, 54, 270 County Road 2575, died Thursday afternoon, Sept. 26, 2002, at his residence after a brief illness.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home in Loudonville, with the Rev. Chuck Sloan officiating. Burial will be at Pioneer Cemetery, where military services will be conducted by the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home, where Masonic services will be held at 4:45 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Shriner's Children's Hospital, 329 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati 45229-3095.
He was born Jan. 12, 1948, in Lodi.
Surviving are his wife, Deborah Leiter Clevidence, whom he married June 17, 1972; a daughter, Beth (Aaron) Dziech of Cincinnati; and his father, Roy Clevidence of Loudonville.

Norma Cowen
LOUDONVILLE -- Norma Jean Cowen, 75, 577 Snyder Drive, died Thursday afternoon, Sept. 26, 2002, at Colonial Manor Health Care Center, after a brief illness.
Services will be Monday at noon at First Presbyterian Church in Loudonville, with the Rev. John Bassman officiating. Burial will be at Loudonville Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 6:30-9 p.m. at Byerly-Lindsey Funeral Home in Loudonville.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 225 E. Main St., Loudonville 44842.
She was born Feb. 13, 1927, to Glenn and Helen (Fisher) Young and married Phil C. Cowen. He died in 1985.
Surviving are children, Michael Cowen and Doug (Deb) Cowen, both of Loudonville and Phyllis (Rod) Zimmerman of Shreve; six grandchildren, Pat Cowen, Missy Portz, Mikke Cowen, Broc, Megan and Jason Zimmerman; and a great-grandson, Nolan Portz.

Fern Holmes
WOOSTER -- Fern M. Holmes, 88, formerly of Windsor Drive, Wooster, and Sarasota, Fla., died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, at Shady Lawn Health Care Community in Dalton.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, Sherwood Chapel, Wooster, with the Rev. Eric Fairhurst officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.

She was born Feb. 27, 1914, in Akron to Arthur and Clara (Geib) Gaugler and married Jacob D. Holmes on Sept. 5, 1934. He died Feb. 8, 2002.
Surviving are children, Donald (Maxine) Holmes of Shreve and LaDonna (Ron) Reed of Wooster; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Dorothy Allen of Hartville.

Vernon Miller
BOLIVAR -- Vernon N. Miller, 58, of Bolivar, died Thursday morning, Sept. 26, 2002, at Aultman Hospital in Canton.
Family graveside services will be Monday at Westlawn Cemetery in Mount Eaton, with the Rev. Terry Shue officiating.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Tuscarawas County, 201 W. Third St., Dover 44622.
He was born June 9, 1944, in Dover to Noah S. and Alta M. (Troyer) Miller.
Surviving are a son, Bryan (Dena) Miller of New Philadelphia; numerous grandchildren; his mother of Apple Creek; sisters, Dianne Miller of Apple Creek, Linda (Dan) Hershberger of Mount Eaton and Sandra Miller of Kensington; and brothers, Glenn Miller of Medina, Ken (Carol) Miller of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and Bruce (JoAnne) Miller of Milwaukee, Wis.
