Raymond R. (Tude) Morrison
Raymond R. (Tude) Morrison, age 69, of Gravois Mills, born July 26, 1935 at Gravois Mills, Missouri, the son of Ivy and Evelyn Ward Morrison. He was united in marriage in 1956 with Christine Abbott. Tude was a boat repairman and co-owner of Blue Anchor Marina. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and member of the V.F.W. Post in Gravois Mills. Survivors include his wife, Christine Morrison of the home; one son, Richard Morrison of Gravois Mills; two daughters, Deloris Morrison of Gravois Mills, and Trina Morrison of Versailles; one sister, Harriett (Bub) Miles of Belton; a sister-in-law, Norma Morrison of Gravois Mills; two grandchildren, Kylie and Devin Morrison; three step-grandchildren, Raymond and Manuel Moreno, and Rachael Dominguez; two great-grandchildren, Kyjuan and Cambry Buckingham, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 15, at the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles, with Rev. Dinzel Webb officiating. Vocal selections of “Amazing Grace”, “Daddy’s Hands”, “Grandpa” and “Go Rest High On That Mountain” were played. Cemetery. Casketbearers were Craig Morrison, Zack Morrison, David Dougherty, Darren Dougherty, Rick Moore and Lee Crocker. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Missouri River Hospice. Arrangements were under the direction of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.

W. Carol Helton
W. Carol Helton, age 60, of Versailles, born July 23, 1944 at Versailles, Missouri, the daughter of Earl James and Grace O. Caviness Whittle. She was united in marriage on March 7, 1964 with Larry Helton. Mrs. Helton worked in the housekeeping department at the Kidwell Home in Versailles, and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church near Versailles. She is survived by her husband, Larry Helton of Eldon; one son, Greg Helton of Jefferson City; one daughter, Tracy Topper of Evansville, Indiana; two brothers, Johnny Whittle of Greenville, Mississippi, and Earl Whittle Jr. of Clearwater, Florida; two sisters, Velma Wolf of Kansas City, and Shirley Marriott of Versailles; two grandchildren, Andrew Everett and Noah Salke, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 13, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Johnson officiating. Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Versailles.

Bonnie Dobbins Raven
Bonnie Dobbins Raven, age 95, of Laurie, born November 16, 1908 at Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of James A. and Essie M. Riley. She was united in marriage on September 4, 1930 with Glenn Oliver Dobbins, who preceded her in married Ralph Wesley Raven, who survives of the home. Mrs. Raven was a retired bookkeeper, member of Ozark Chapel United Methodist Church and member and Past Matron of Mt. Washington Chapter Order Of Eastern Star. She had been a Cub Scout leader and Sunday School teacher. She is also survived by two sons, Richard Dobbins and wife Karen, of Laurie, and Robert Dobbins and wife Pat, of Wheeling; three stepsons, Gene Raven, Kenneth Raven, and Bill Raven, all of La Porte, Indiana; nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 12, at Ozark Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home of Laurie.

Matilda C. Williams
Matilda C. Williams, age 92 of Osage Beach, born March 15, 1912 in Kenosha WI, the daughter of Frank and Hattie Vogel Krebs. She was united in marriage to Tom Williams who preceded her in passed away Sunday morning, November 7, 2004, at her home. She was born on October 30, 1910 to Henry and Minnie Warner Coll in Kansas City, Mo and became the third of their four children. After her father’s married John G. Folz who was employed by K.C. Power and Light. The couple retired to the Lake of the Ozarks in 1967. Following the married William I. Taylor of Gravois Mills in 1976 and remained death in December of 2000. Bea is survived by her younger brother, Russell Coll, of Kansas City, KS along with many nieces, nephews, and good friends. She was a faithful member of the Ozark Chapel United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 1096, Laurie, MO 65038. Prior to her passed away Monday evening, November 1, 2004 at the Good Shepherd Care Center in Versailles. He was Cemetery near Versailles, Missouri. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Shriners Hospital for Children 2001 S. Lindbergh Blvd St. Louis MO, 63131-3597.
