Antoinette Greco, of Suffern, NY, passed away September 3, 2008 at the age of 92. Born June 12, 1916 in Sloatsburg, NY, to Anthony and Assunta Greco, Antoinette is survived by two sisters Beatrice Greco, and Rosemarie Falato, and is pre-deceased by three brothers Joseph, Timothy, and Louis, and four sisters, Mildred Kutney, Lena Dorman, Mary Sardullo, and Louise Rigolosi. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Mahwah, NJ, died on September 2, 2008. She was 79 years old. Mrs. Hollar was born on October 18, 1928 in the Bronx, NY to Robert and Julia (Tomei) Ferrari. Mrs. She is survived by her beloved husband Albert, her three loving sons, Clifford, Kenneth and John, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Shirley Rawitz Kleppel, age 82, of Van Antwerp Road, Niskayuna, NY, died on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at the Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY. Mrs. Kleppel was born in Bronx, NY, and resided in Rockland County most of her life. She had been the comptroller for the Ramapo Manor Nursing Home in Rockland County for many years retiring in 1990. She was a life member of Congregation Sons of Israel in Spring Valley, NY, and was also a member of Congregation Agudat Achim in Schenectady, NY. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Bernard (Bud) Kleppel, a son Gary Kleppel and his wife Pam of Altamont, NY and a daughter Lorna Snapp and her husband John of Scotia, NY. Grandmother of Jarret Kleppel, Sean, Jessica and Tim Snapp. Services at Congregation Agudat Achim, 2117 Union Street, Schenectady, NY, on Friday, September 5, 2008 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in the Agudat Achim Cemetery, Schermerhorn Street, Rotterdam, NY. Leona Mikolay, of Mystic, CT, on August 31, 2008 after a long and courageous struggle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Matthew Fay. She was the proud mother of Kathryn Lee Fay Aguire (Tony) of Maricopa, AZ, and Samantha Helen Fay of Gettysburg, PA. She was born January 15, 1958 in Yonkers, daughter of Helen and the late Emil Mikolay. Since her father died at a young age her mom raised her as a single mother. She is survived by her siblings Arlys of Peekskill, NY, Michael of Green Valley, AZ, and Adam of Long Beach, NY, and many cousins. Leona graduated from Gorton High School and Cornell University. She worked for Pfizer in Groton, CT, for over 20 years.
