AITA, VINCENT

Vincent Aita, a resident of Nanuet, for the last 36 years, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2007 at the age of 70. Born in Brooklyn, NY on August 11, 1936 to Salvatore and Rose "Mastromauro". Vincent worked for CBS in NYC for the past 41 years as a technician and was a member of IBEW local 1212. He is survived by his wife, Rosemarie of 36 years and their children, Stacy and her husband, Tim, and Kerri and her husband, Glenn. He will be missed dearly by his grandchildren, Tina Marie, Toni, and Gavin. Also surviving is his brother, Fedele. Vincent is predeceased by his daughter, Kimberly. Vinnie will be remembered always for his fun loving ways and his ability to tell a joke at anytime. Family will receive friends at the Higgins Funeral Home in New City from 6-9 pm. ARENA, JOSEPH

Joseph Arena, 83, a former resident of Eastchester, died March 10, 2007. He was born in Mt. Vernon, NY to the late Francesco and Serafina Arena. He was a veteran of the US Army serving during World War II. Joseph married the late Marion Taddeo on May 5, 1950. He was a member of Teamsters 338 and a Postal worker until his retirement. He is survived by his sons, Thomas Arena and his wife, Ann, David Arena and his wife, Sandra and his daughter, Jo Ellen and her husband, Frank DeLuca and his loving grandchildren, Danielle, Gabrielle, Thomas, Jennifer, Faith and John. The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 190 Main St, Eastchester, Monday and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, 10:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery. Friends who wish may contribute to the St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in lieu of flowers.

CONDON, DEBORAH ANN SPELLMAN

Deborah Ann Spellman Condon, 41, of New Fairfield, died Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Danbury Hospital. Debbie was born to Martin and Margaret Spellman in White Plains, New York on May 27, 1965 and moved to New Fairfield 16 years ago. Debbie was a devoted mother to Caitlin, Jack and Mattie. Full of life and always giving of herself to others, she was a true friend to all who were blessed to know her. She graduated from Pace University in 1988 with a degree in Business and worked for the White Plains Medical Center Pharmacy for 15 years. Debbie is survived by Sean Condon, her daughter Caitlin, her son Jack, and her daughter Mattie. She is also survived by her mother Margaret Spellman, and her brother Steven Spellman, both of New Fairfield, and her sister Eileen Spellman of Brookfield. She is predeceased by her father Martin Spellman. Visiting hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday at the Greene Funeral Home on 57 Main Street in Danbury. A Mass of Christian passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Calvary Hospital in the Bronx. She was the loving wife of Thomas for 47 years. Cherished mother of Joan and Margaret and their respective husbands, Mark Panko and William Clark. Dear grandmother of Lindsay and Daniel Panko and Thomas Clark. Funeral Service Tuesday, 10 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Yonkers. The family will be present Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. F. DONSHEA, DOROTHY

Dorothy Donshea of Bronxville on March 10, 2007. Only daughter of the late Frank and Mae Donshea. Past President of the DAR World Traveler and well educated. Calling hours at the Fred H. McGrath & Son Funeral Home, Bronxville, NY, between the hours of 2 to 4 PM Tuesday. A Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph's Church, Bronxville, on Wednesday, March 14 at 11 AM.

FLANAGAN, OLGA

Olga Flanagan of Spring Valley went to her eternal rest on March 11, 2007 with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 7, 1926, she was 80 years old. She will be sorely missed by those who loved and knew her. Olga worked for Summit Park Hospital for 25 years. She is survived by her children, Craig, James, Herman, Margaret, Cathy and Susan; 18 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and one great great grandson, Lemar (Pookey). Olga was predeceased by her husband, James, two sons, Edward and Donald, four sisters and four brothers. Friends are asked to visit on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at THE WANAMAKER & CARLOUGH FUNERAL HOME, 177 Route 59, Suffern, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at 8:00 pm on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at the Funeral Home. Cremation will be private at the convenience of the family

FORTE, DOROTHY ANN

Dorothy Ann Forte of Somers, NY formerly of New Rochelle, NY, entered into rest peacefully on Saturday, March 10th [2007]. Mrs. Forte was born on August 30, 1930 in Queens, NY, to Alphonse and Louise Marandino, where she was raised and married her very devoted husband, Louis Forte in 1955. Dorothy is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years Louis, her three loving children; Louis and his wife Diane, Dorothy and her husband, Robert and Laurence and his wife, Michelle, her seven cherished grandchildren; Louis, Alexander, Christopher, Christa, John, Drew and Taylor, her dear sisters, Dolores Fox and Janet Koenig. She was pre-deceased by her sister Marie Painter. Dorothy enjoyed cooking, knitting, needlework, fishing but most of all, she loved spending time with her precious grandchildren. Mrs. Forte's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday March 14 at 10:30 am at Blessed Sacrament Church with her interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY. Her family will be present to receive friends on Monday & Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-9pm at the Lloyd Maxcy $ Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Place, New Rochelle, NY. Expressions of sympathy may be made with flowers or donations to a charity of your choice.
