Peggy's joy in life was her family. She was a loving wife and amazing mom. She leaves behind a legacy of love and caring. She and her husband traveled and enjoyed their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her husban Frank was selfless in his devotion and care, especially in the last few years when Peggy's health was failing. Peggy is joining her siblings who preceded her brothers Johm, Sal (Happy) Kelly, Willie and Rocco Vaccaro and sisters, Mary Stramiello and Babe Pennella and leaves behind her sisters Ann Vetere and Gloria Cipolla of Harrison, NY. Peggy led a full life spending over 30 years running a Christian Service Mission in southern Calfornia. One of her favorite sayings was that working for the Lord didn't pay well but the retirement benefits were out of this world. We trust that she is joyously experiencing her well deserved "retirement". Services will be held at Holy Rosary Church in Port Chester, Saturday August 30, at 10 AM.
