Lawerence A. Timbo
HILLIARD - Lawerence A. Timbo, of Hilliard, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Baptist Medical Center on Monday, Feb. 16, 2009. Born in Beacon on April 24, 1944, Larry grew up in Wappingers Falls and lived in Hyde Park before moving to Port St. Lucie in 1988 and then to Hilliard four years ago. He worked as a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Poughkeepsie and the Port St. Lucie area. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Nora Timbo; a daughter, Maria (Joseph) Murphy of Fernandina Beach; a son, Daniel P. (Tracey) Timbo of Port St. Lucie; a sister, Patricia (Thomas) McCord of Glenmont, NY; nine grandchildren, two nieces and three nephews. Larry was predeceased by his parents, Felix P. and Gladys B. Timbo. Larry's faith was an important part of his life. He was an active member of First Baptist Church in Hilliard as well as the other churches to which he belonged. He also enjoyed many happy hours with his family at the Jacksonville Zoo. A memorial service was held on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 11 a.m. at the Hilliard First Baptist Church. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Larry's memory may be made to the First Baptist Church of Hilliard, 15850 County Rd., 108 Hilliard, FL or the Jacksonville Zoo, 370 Zoo Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Nancy Lynn Halloran Woodger
WINTER PARK, FL - Nancy Lynn Halloran Woodger, 47, passed away suddenly at her home in Winter Park, FL, on Sunday, Feb 8, 2009. Born in Poughkeepsie, NY on Nov. 18, 1961, Nancy was the daughter of Caroline and Thomas Halloran. She was a 1979 graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School and a 1983 graduate of SUNY Albany. During both her high school and college years, Nancy was actively involved in several sports. After graduating from college, Nancy entered the Air Force Officers Training Program in Texas and was commissioned a 2nd lieutenant in June, 1984. She then served at several bases for the next seven years, earned a masters degree in logistics and retired with the rank of captain in 1991. For the past several years she worked as a senior purchasing agent for the city of Boca Raton, FL and Orange County, FL. In May, 2003, Nancy married the love of her life and best friend, E. James Woodger, in Winter Park, FL. They enjoyed their many friends, their pets, motorcycling, their families, their home and loved their life together. She was a member of the B.P.O.E. 1079, Orlando, FL, and a lifetime member and senior officer of the Casselberry Veterans and Auxiliary Inc., serving also as a senior member of the Caretakers Motorcycle Enthusiasts Division. Nancy was involved in all fund-raising events related to the above mentioned clubs, donating her time and energy to anything that came about. Her hobbies include motorcycles and related events, RV camping, sporting events, her own backyard and pool, and most of all, her pets. Her enthusiasm for life and caring ways will always be remembered by her family and her many friends and acquaintances. Survivors include her husband, Jim, of Winter Park and her parents of Poughkeepsie. She is also survived by a brother, Kevin Halloran of Milton, NY; sisters, Suzanne Knapp and husband, Dennis, of Highland, NY and Colleen Elliott of Goshen, KY; a daughter, Melissa Odom and husband, Corey, of Port St. Lucie, FL and a son, Ryan Woodger, of Springfield, MA. Additional survivors are nieces, Christina and Briana Powlis, Ashley and Lauren Elliott; nephews, Kevin Powlis Jr., Nicholas Elliott and Cayden Irizarry; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services were held on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009 at the Howell Branch Chapel of the Collison Family Funeral Home in Winter Park, FL. Memorial donations may be made to Casselberry Veterans, Inc. and Auxiliary, 200 Concord Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707.

Eduardo Baez
LAGRANGEVILLE - Eduardo Baez of LaGrangeville passed away suddenly on November 30, 2010 at his home. He was 54. Born on April 19, 1956 in Puerto Rico to Sarah Negron Baez And the late Jorge Baez. Eduardo was a groundskeeper for the Town of Mount Pleasant. He is survived by his devoted wife of 29 years Maria at home, Loving children Eileen and Kimberly Baez also at home. He is also survived by his dear mom Sarah Baez of Puerto Rico and 2 Sisters and 2 Brothers. He was predeceased by his daughter Erica in 1989. Friends may call on Sunday December 5, 2010 from 4 to 8pm at Full Gospel Center 1138 Route 55 LaGrange, NY (845)452-4673. A Funeral Service will be held at 6pm at church. A graveside service will be held on Monday December 6, 2010 at 10am at St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx.

Lillie May Webb Faison
POUGHKEEPSIE - Lillie May Webb Faison embraced the quietness of death on November 27, 2010 in the confines of her home, 66 Washington Street, Poughkeepsie, New York. Born on March 15, 1919, in Delco, North Carolina, she was the beloved daughter of the late Eddie and Carry Webb. She was married to Napoleon Faison Sr., who preceded her in death in 1961; a son, Napoleon Faison Jr. in 1962; and a grandson, Christopher Hicks, Jr. on May 14, 1973. She is also predeceased by a sister and two brothers. She received her formal education in the local school district in Faison, North Carolina and was a graduate of the Queen's Beauty School of Cosmetology, in Durham, North Carolina. She operated several beauty salons in Faison, North Carolina and Poughkeepsie, New York. Sister Lillie was a resident of the Mid-Hudson area for the past forty years and a member of Beulah Baptist Church for more than thirty years. She was a member of the Senior Choir, the Missionary Ministry, and the Senior Pearls Of Wisdom Ministry. She loved her God and her Beulah Baptist Church Family. Lillie retired from state service in North Carolina and worked at Taconic Developmental Disabilities Services Office and Hudson River Psychiatric Center in Poughkeepsie, New York for fifteen years. She became a Family Care Provider in 1975 with Taconic Developmental Disabilities Services Office and opened her home and her heart to several women, who to this day remain a part of her extended family. She leaves to recall happy memories of love, a daughter, Verna Hicks, of Poughkeepsie, NY, and Christopher Hicks, Sr., son-in-law, of Durham, North Carolina. Niece, Carrie Faison and her husband Demount; of Philadelphia, PA.; nephew, Barnard Johnson and wife, Mary, of Philadelphia, PA; sisters, Pauline Freeman of Poughkeepsie, NY, Carrie Nichols, Durham, NC; Marjorie McAllister, Durham, NC, Willie Webb, Tulsa, OK; and Dorothy Anderson, Concord, NC. Other survivors include; five grandchildren; Vanessa Alston, Donnell Hicks, Wanda Newton, Patti Venters and Lisa Hannah. Sixteen great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren, many great nieces and nephews, greatgreat nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends. Visitation Friday Dec 3 10am11am at Beulah Baptist Church 92 Catharine Street Poughkeepsie, Services begin at 11am at the church. Reverend Jesse V Bottoms will officiate. Roy H. Hagenbuch
ELIZAVILLE – Roy H. Hagenbuch, 94, passed away Monday, November 29, 2010, at his home in Elizaville, NY. Roy was born in Milton, PA, on October 15, 1916 to Hiram and Bessie (Lake) Hagenbuch. He moved with his family to Hackettstown, NJ, where he owned a dairy farm, and in 1965 moved to Pine Plains where he worked on several farms, and managed the Moore Farm in Gallatin. Roy is survived by his children, Barry (Bonnie) Hagenbuch of Lawrenceville, GA; Nona Rae (Art) Coffill of Falls Village, CT; Roger (Wanda) Hagenbuch of Cheney, WA; Holly (Fred) Bucalos of Sidney, NY; Heidi (Carl) Wallace of Nashville, TN; Manuel (Rosanne) Hagenbuch of Elizaville, NY; and Jill (Pat) McDonald of Hemet, CA; a brother Clyde Hagenbuch of Milton, PA; 19 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Roy's interests included gardening, attending state farm shows, taking photographs, and traveling to visit his children in California, Nevada, Virginia, and Germany. Roy enjoyed attending the October Birthday Club, the Ancram Opera House and he especially liked visiting with many friends around Gallatin and Ancram where he earned the title, "Earth Angel." He was predeceased by his former wife, Mildred I. (Yingling) Hagenbuch; a son, Michael; a daughter, Peggy Monahan; a brother, Paul Hagenbuch; and two sisters, Helen Styer and Catherine Maust. Calling hours are Thursday, 6 to 8 PM at the Peck & Peck Funeral Home, S. Main St., Pine Plains. And 11AM to 1 PM, Saturday, at the Brady Funeral Home, 320 Church St., Danville, PA. Elinor M. Harrison
PINE PLAINS - Elinor M. Harrison, 84, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Sharon Hospital in Sharon, CT. She was born in Sharon, CT on September 22, 1926, the daughter of the late William Cahill and Myrtle (Funk) Cahill. On June 27, 1948 she married Raymond C. Harrison in Millbrook, NY. He predeceased her in 1979. Mrs. Harrison was a custodian for twelve years at the Pine Plains Central School District. Survivors include her son, Raymond M. Harrison of Pine Plains, NY; one brother, Harry Cahill of Endicott, NY; one sister, Ruth Ann Pulver of Pine Plains, NY; and five grandchildren, Cassandra M. Harrison, R.J. Harrison, Corey Harrison, Chad Harrison and Jason Harrison. She was predeceased by a son Richard W. Harrison, a grandson, Richard Harrison, a brother, Matthew Cahill, and a sister, Mildred Montemorra. There are no calling hours. Graveside services will be held at 11 am on Friday, December 3, 2010 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Pine Plains, NY, Rev. Carol Miller officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the Dutchess County SPCA, 796 Violet Ave., Hyde Park, NY 12538. Karl Kenneth Knapp
PLEASANT VALLEY - Karl Kenneth Knapp, 56, died unexpectedly but peacefully in his sleep, on November 26th 2010. Born August 28th 1954, he is the son of Fred and Marilyn "Judy" Davis Knapp. Karl graduated from Arlington High School in 1972 and SUNY Plattsburg with a degree in Special Education. As an educator for more than 20 years, his enthusiasm for teaching and coaching young people never ceased. He loved his work and took great passion in it. He was also an avid sports fan and a diehard Yankees fan. You could rarely find him without the newspaper sports section in hand. Karl was also a dedicated wrestling coach for over 30 years. Having wrestled in high school himself, his love of the sport never faded. He taught hundreds of athletes the sport, coached sectional champions and state champions alike. His greatest coaching pleasure came from coaching his sons. Karl loved the outdoors especially the Adirondack Mountains. Camping with his family was his greatest pleasure. He was an avid reader and was rarely seen without a good book in his possession. Karl loved his family. He enjoyed heading north to his brother Wayne and sister in law Lorraine's house, joining his brothers on a Knapp's Famous Fishing Trip, Thanksgiving in the mountains or stopping by to have coffee with his mom. In addition to his mother, Karl is survived by his sons Mathew, Michael, Cody and Peter, brothers Fred and Glenn, Uncle Gerald Knapp, aunts, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and countless friends. He was predeceased by his father, his brother Wayne, his son Herbie and his niece Dana. He touched the hearts of many and will be deeply missed. Calling hours will be held Saturday, December 4th from 1:00pm to 3pm at the Allen Funeral Home 1605 Main St. Pleasant Valley, NY 12569. Funeral services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to A.LS.
