Suzanne Fudger
Mrs. Suzanne Fudger, 89, of Houseman Street, Mayfield, died Sunday, Oct. 14, [2001] at Nathan Littauer Hospital after being a patient for two weeks.
Mrs. Fudger was born on April 28, 1912 in Frankfort, N.Y., the daughter of Joseph and Natalie Luscre Depasquale (Pasck).
Mrs. Fudger was a homemaker who loved to cook and garden.
Survivors include her husband, James Fudger, whom she married on April 3, 1965; one stepson, David Fudger of Ballston Spa, N.Y.; one daughter, Grace Sue Nicolette of Las Vegas, Nev.; one sister, Josephine Sarno of Fort Plain, N.Y.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Burial will take place at Oakview Cemetery, Frankfort, N.Y. Arrangements are by Northville Funeral Services Inc. Funeral services will be held at a later date.

Percy W. Steele Jr.
Percy W. Steele Jr., 65, of Stevers Mill Road, Broadalbin, died Saturday afternoon [Oct. 13, 2001] at home.
He was born on Dec. 1,1935 in Broadalbin, a son of Percy W. and Lillian Bunce Steele. He was educated in local schools. Mr. Steele was a lifelong area resident.
At one time time he was employed at the former Mohawk Carpet Mills in Amsterdam and later worked as a deliveryman for the former Broadalbin Coal and Feed Supply Co. Later, Mr. Steele was employed as a heavy equipment operator for 24 years with the New York State Highway Department and retired in 1991.
He was of the Protestant faith.
Mr. Steele was a past president and former member of the Union Mills Cemetery Association; an exempt member and former chief of the Kennyetto Fire Co., and a former member of the New York State Fire Chief Association. He was a former member of the Fulton County Fire Chief Advisory Board, the Fulton County Fireman's Association, and the local C.D. Rescue Squad. Mr. Steele was a former fire warden in Broadalbin and served as a town tax assessor for 20 years,
He was predeceased by a brother Daniel Steele, who died in December 2000.
He is survived by four sons, Perry Steele and his wife Sandy; Percy Steele III, Roy Steele, and Jim Steele and his wife Jen; two daughters, Sally Blanc and her husband Doug, and Tammy Parks and her husband Trevor; his mother Lillian Steele, a brother, Leamon Steele; five sisters, Deanne Zajaceskowski, Betty Terrell, Judy Spraker, Deanna Weiderman, all of Broadalbin, and Patricia Herba of Perth; 12 grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
On May 26,1957 he married the former Elaine R. Welke. She died on April 13, 2000.
Calling hours will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Robert M. Halgas Funeral Home Inc., 38 W. Main St., Broadalbin. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Doug Blanc will officiate. Interment will take place in the Union Mills Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may to Broadalbin-Kennyetto Auxiliary, P.O. Box 219, Broadalbin, NY 12025.

Harold G. VanAmburgh
Mr. Harold G. VanAmburgh, 34, of South Hollywood Avenue, Gloversville, died Saturday, Oct. 13, [2001] as the result of a motor vehicle accident in the town of Johnstown.
He was born on June 21, 1967 in Albany, N.Y. He was the son of Harold and Dianne Hosley VanAmburgh. He attended Northville schools. He was employed at the Getty Station, Gloversville, at the time of his death.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Harold and Phyllis VanAmburgh of DeBary, Fla.; his mother, Dianne Hosley of Gloversville, N.Y.; daughter, Brianna Lyn Szabo of Broadalbin, N.Y.; two brothers, Daniel John VanAmburgh of Gloversville and Timothy Edward and wife, Debra VanAmburgh, of Tribes Hill, N.Y., and his former companion, Michelle Szabo of Broadalbin.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Northville Funeral Service Inc., 401 Bridge St., where funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Senior Citizen Service Center of Gloversville and Fulton County, 53 Church St., Gloversville, NY 12078.

Triston J. Anderson
Triston J. Anderson, 8 days old, infant son of Kevin J. Anderson and Amanda M. Sorento of Gloversville, died Oct. 8 [2001] at Albany Medical Center. He was born on Sept. 30.
Survivors beside his parents include maternal grandparents, Kathy Kadle of Gloversville; great-grandmother, Frances Sorento of Gloversville; great-great-grandmother, Mary Sorento of Gloversville; paternal grandparents, Robert and Sharon Leach of Gloversville and Ron and Susan Anderson Sr. of Mayfield; great-grandmother, Nellie Dutcher of Mayfield; great-grandparents, Roland and Carole Fox of Lady Lake, Fla.; several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at John W. Finocan Funeral Home Inc., 13 Prospect Ave., Gloversville. A funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Donald Czelusniak, pastor of St. Mary of Mount Carmel Church, Gloversville, will officiate. Interment will take place at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Johnstown. Memorial contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald House, 139 S. Lake Ave., Albany, NY 12208.

Kenneth R. Cromer
Mr. Kenneth R. Cromer, 52, of West Main Street, Johnstown, died Sunday, Oct. 7, [2001] at home following a long illness.
He was born on March 29, 1949 in Gloversville, the son of Kenneth and Phyllis Cunningham Cromer.
Mr. Cromer was a 1967 graduate of Johnstown High School.
He was employed as a parts manager for M.W. Roosevelt & Son Inc. of Canajoharie from 1977 until the time of his death.
Mr. Cromer was a lifelong race car fan.
Survivors include his wife, Dawn Cretser Cromer, whom he married on Sept. 20, 1977; three daughters, Susan Cretser of Glens Falls, Jackie Cromer of Johnstown and Stacey and her husband, T.J. Ladd, of Fonda; one son, Keith Cromer of New Jersey; four grandchildren, Kayla and Jarett Ladd, Samantha Dwyer and Callie Cromer; one uncle, Ray Cromer Jr. of Caroga Lake; and one aunt, Cel Lattrell of Syracuse.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc., 215 E. Main St., Johnstown. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. R.W. Williams, Mountain Valley Hospice chaplain, will officiate. Burial will take place at Rockwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 73 N. Main St., Gloversville, NY 12078.

Stephen J. Jackson
Stephen J. Jackson, 52, of Gloversville, died Friday at his home after being stricken.
He was born on Aug. 4, 1949 in Rockville Center, N.Y., the son of Harry J. and Charlotte Baldwin Jackson. He attended Port Jefferson High School in New York. He graduated from Suffolk Community College in Long Island and University of Colorado. He moved to Gloversville 13 years ago, where he resided at the time of his death.
He attended Bible studies with Jehovah Witnesses.
Survivors include his mother, Charlotte Jackson of Sun City West, Ariz.; two sisters, Lynette House of Bryan, Texas and Lisa Fitzner of Paradise Valley, Ariz.; two nephews and one niece.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hollenbeck Funeral Home, 4 Second Ave., Gloversville. Memorial contributions may be made to National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, 200 N. Glebe Road, Suite 1015, Arlington, VA 22203-3754.

Edward Patulski
Edward Patulski, 72, of Happy Hollow Road, Fort Plain, died Saturday afternoon at St. Peter's Hospital, Albany.
He was born on Oct. 15, 1928 in Oppenheim, N.Y., the son of Michael and Helen Walchalowski Patulski. He was a lifelong area resident and attended Canajoharie schools.
Mr. Patulski was the owner and operator of his family dairy farm in Canajoharie until his retirement.
Mr. Patulski was a member and past president of the Montgomery-Fulton County chapter of National Farmers Organization. He was a member of the Canajoharie-Fort Plain Elks Lodge, the United Polka League of Mohawk Valley, and Leatherstocking Jayco Campers Club.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Hoffman Patulski, whom he married on July 31, 1948; two sons, Michael Patulski of Cobleskill and Paul Patulski of Fort Plain; a daughter, Darlene Ripple of Johnstown; two sisters, Wanda Waner of Canajoharie and Amelia Keene of San Jose, Calif.; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mr. Patulski was predeceased by a daughter, Gail Patulski. She died on July 4, 1996.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lenz & Betz Funeral Home, 69 Otsego St., Canajoharie. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Minister Jacob Crewell will officiate. Burial will take place in Canajoharie Falls Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
