Klein, Arthur, R. (Art) died on January 9 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Beloved husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, son, brother and uncle. The Funeral Service will be Monday, January 14, at 1:00 PM at Temple Beth El of Northern Westchester, 220 South Bedford Road, Chappaqua, NY. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Krueger, Gertrude Clancy of Cortlandt Manor, formerly of Ossining and Briarcliff Manor, passed away on January 13, 2008 at Cortlandt Healthcare. Gertrude died peacefully, with her family by her side, after a full life dedicated to giving of her self to benefit others.
Born May 16, 1912 to Mr. and Mrs. Stephen William Clancy of the Bronx. She attended New York schools and was a member of Theta Lambda Sigma. In 1938 she married Harry Krueger at the First Dutch Reformed Church of Brooklyn.
After moving to Ossining in 1947, Gertrude became a life-long member of the First Presbyterian Church of Ossining. In addition to Church activities, Gertrude enjoyed playing bridge, bowling, tennis and working as a volunteer at Phelps Memorial Hospital for 14 years.
Gertrude was predeceased by her husband Harry, and her sister Isabel Clancy.
She is survived by her son Gordon Krueger, daughter-in-law Candice Krueger and her loving grandchildren Kyle, Caitlin and Chelsea with whom she resided. She was loved by many extended family and friends including her nephew John Krueger and his wife Sharon.
The family will receive friends at Beecher Funeral Home, Inc., in Pleasantville, on Wednesday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown. In lieu of flowers please send donations to United for the Troops, P.O. Box 242, Shrub Oak, NY, 10588.

Kucharik, Mikulas a resident of Yonkers for 58 years and a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church, passed away on December 17, 2007 at the age of 86.
Mikulas is survived by his loving wife Josephine and his sons Nicholas (Deirdre), Peter (Mary Ellen) and Albert (Kathleen). He is also survived by his grandchildren Jason, Christopher, Michael, Andrew, Heather, Steven, Sean & Christopher and a great granddaughter Myla Anne.
The family will receive friends at the Beecher Funeral Home, Inc. in Pleasantville on Wednesday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Church in Yonkers on Thursday at Noon. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Yonkers.

Lane, Ben Jr., 90 died June 14, 2007 at the Fellowship Community, Chestnut Ridge, NY
He is survived by his wife Alice, 3 children, Joan, Ben and Bill, 2 grandchildren Michael and Cate and a brother John.

LaRocca, Anna, (nee Gimbel) died November 9, 2006. Beloved wife of the late Gus. Loving mother of Anthony, Robert, Sr. Lorraine LaRocca, O.P., Mary Ann Freund, Katherine Galiani, JoAnne Brake and the late Joseph. Grandmother of 17, Great-Grandmother of 7. Sister of Jo Gimbel and the late Joseph and John Gimbel. Reposing Sunday 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Castle Hill Funeral Home, 1528 Castle Hill Ave., Bronx, NY. LaRosa, Loretta Marie a life-long resident of the Bronx, died June 9, 2007. She was 61.
She was born April 19, 1946 to John & Margaret LaRosa in the Bronx where she attended school.
Loretta was the beloved sister of Margaret, Patricia, Joan and Joey, loving aunt to several nieces and nephews and loving companion to Beauty, her teacup poodle.
Visitation will be Mon. 2-4 & 7-9pm at Beecher Funeral Home, Pleasantville. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wed. 10am at Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne.

Leddy, Marie L. (nee O’Connor) of Pleasantville died peacefully at home on March 4, 2008 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Mrs. Leddy was born to the late John & Gertrude O’Connor in the Inwood section of New York City. She earned a BA from Ladycliff College, in Fort Montgomery NY. Mrs. Leddy worked in New York City before marrying Harry J. Leddy in 1967. They moved to Pleasantville, NY and together they raised four children. Mrs. Leddy was predeceased by her husband in 2004.
For many years Mrs. Leddy worked at Murphy & McKenna Real Estate and PIA Insurance both of Pleasantville NY. Mrs. Leddy was an active member of Holy Innocents Church in Pleasantville, teaching Sunday School, volunteering for food and clothing drives and the midnight run. Mrs. Leddy will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and a devoted friend to many.
Mrs. Leddy is survived by a son and three daughters, Marie Davis (Stephan), of Hawthorne, Jean Leddy, of Ossining, Maura Bradley (Derek) of Manasquan NJ and Harry Leddy (Fabiola) of Southbury, CT. She was also the loving grandmother to six grandchildren; Aidan Mansfield, Emma and Will Bradley and Jack, Madelyn and Kate Davis.
Visiting hours will be Friday 2-4 and 6-9 at Beecher Funeral Home, Pleasantville.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday 10 am at Holy Innocents Church, Pleasantville. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne.
