She was well known for her love of God, love of family and caring manner. Her working career, she was a seamstress retired from Levi-Strauss. She carried her love for sewing into retirement and exhibited it in the many beautiful hand-made quilts she shared with her family. Husband of 59 years: R.C. Charles Alexander 'Z' Buda, II

Buda II, Charles Alexander "Z", age 78, of Pigeon Forge, TN. passed away Monday, October 16, 2000. Member of First United Methodist Church of Pigeon Forge. Preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Buda; parents, Charles Alexander and Zella Allen Buda; brother, William "Bill" Buda. Mr. Buda served in the US Navy during WWII and was a Pigeon Forge businessman with early businesses there. He started the Minnis Drugstores and was a mayor of Morristown. An avid Alabama fan, he was a contributor to schools, colleges and many other organizations and had a great concern for children. Wife:, Annette H. Buda Special thanks to NHC Farragut, his many doctors and nurses and special caregivers, Wanda Sutton and Sandra Sutton. Funeral services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or a charity of your choice. Friends may call at their convenience Wednesday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
